This is the Enablis handbook. It covers how we work, what we value, and what to expect if you’re joining us or thinking about it.

Two halves:

• Public — culture, practices, hiring, community. You’re reading this side now.
• Internal — onboarding detail, runbooks, people ops. For Enablers, behind sign-in.

The handbook is version-controlled, open to contribution, and deliberately kept short. If something’s out of date, fix it.
